Training
At the Gestalt Institute of Toronto there are a number of training options available to suit your specific needs. We offer a two to four-year part-time training program in Gestalt theory and methodology with the first two years focusing on personal growth, the third year focusing on leadership training, and the fourth year focusing on therapist training and practical experience. Also available is our one-year, part-time training program for professionals for those seeking to enhance their current approach with Gestalt methods.
Our Master Class offers a forum for continuing students and graduates of the GIT to stay connected with the Institute and carry on their learning in a group context. Specific training programs focus on topics such as art therapy, couples work, and performance art, to name a few. Off-site training is also available with the members of faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, who have done extensive work with addictions counselors, social workers, and other groups and organizations orienting the training to the group’s specific needs. And finally, our Distance Education program allows us to reach beyond our borders and bring our training to other parts of Canada and the world.
Please use the menu to the left to find out about each of our training options in more detail.
